Michele Girolamo Pitoscia

     Michele Girolamo Pitoscia died. According to his nephew, Filippo Colaricci, Michele is said to have indirectly caused the death of his mother, Teresa. "One day Michele was at home alone. He went in to the wine room where there was a big barrel full of wine. He opened the faucet and started drinking the wine. He got drunk, and went away leaving the faucet of the barrel open. All the wine came out and flooded the room. When his mother Teresa went to the wine room to get something, she saw all the wine on the floor. She was so shocked, which caused her to have a heart attack. In a short time, she died." He was born on 1 October 1878 at Castellone, Campobasso, Italy. He was the son of Saverio Antonio Pitoscia and Maria Teresa Malatesta.
